Different doorways into the same practice.

True Sacred Beauty offers several ways to explore Relational Presence — online, outdoors, one-to-one, and in longer retreat spaces.

The setting changes. The practice remains the same: arriving, sensing, noticing, staying, relating, and allowing a response to emerge.

Online Gatherings

A simple way to practise together from home.

These guided online sessions weave mindfulness and sensory awareness through the ordinary surroundings already around you — the body breathing, sounds in the room, light at a window, an everyday object, or a plant close at hand.

There is nothing particular you need to achieve. You are invited to arrive as you are and notice what becomes available when attention is given a little more time.

Nature Walks

Shared contemplative walks in the living landscape.

These are not destination walks or nature lessons. We slow the pace, come into contact with the body and the ground, notice through the senses, and spend time attending carefully to the place we are in.

Walking, pausing, seeing, listening and quiet time become simple doorways into relationship.

1:1 Cabin Ritual

A quieter individual space for deeper practice.

Held in the cabin, outdoors, or between both, a 1:1 session unfolds slowly through embodied sensing, attentive seeing, silence and simple botanical ritual.

There is no fixing or analysing. The invitation is to meet your own experience more directly and notice what is here.

Retreat Days

A longer seasonal immersion in Relational Presence.

Retreat days offer more time for the practice to deepen through sensing, slow walking, attentive encounters, botanical tea, silence, rest and reflection.

Rather than filling the day with activities, there is space to stay with what is simple and let the place, weather and season be part of the experience.

Retreat days are offered seasonally in small groups.

Where to begin

There is no right doorway.

You might begin at home, practise with a group, step outside, choose a 1:1 session, or spend a full day immersed in the work.

Choose the setting that feels most accessible now.

The doorway changes. The practice remains the same.
