Opening Hours: True Sacred Beauty is a family run business and our hours reflect this. They are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 3.00pm excluding New Zealand public holidays.
Your order is processed and lovingly packed within 3-4 days of receiving your order, due to products being made fresh weekly by hand in small batches.
Ordering & Delivery: You will normally receive two emails from us. The first email is your confirmation of order. This is confirmation that we have received your order. It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers order just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.
The 2nd email you get from us is your email receipt and means that your order has been processed, your item(s) are in stock and are being shipped. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated). However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by telephone +64 272 577 792 email and we will try to resolve the issue promptly. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.
Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box. Please refer to the Delivery section for further information.
Non Delivery: It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of your 2 emails notifying you of shipment. If no notification is made within this time period the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.

Dispatch is normally within 3 days as I take great care in hand blending your products weekly in small batches so you may receive your products fresh as nature intended.

Shipping / Delivery Policy
Shipping Times The delivery service we use is an overnight service, however in our current environment it may day additional days for your order to arrive.
Please also allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to RD addresses.
Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Queens Birthday, Father's Day, etc there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.
Our aim is to dispatch within 3 days after receipt of payment.
We ship with major national courier companies, to a physical address (NOT a PO BOX number)
No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.
Returns / Replacements policy
We have made a considerable effort to accurately describe the products we sell. In the event that goods are demonstrably not true to description or demonstrably faulty we will accept the goods for return and refund your money without hesitation. If you buy then change your mind we have no obligation to accept goods for refund and if we do we may charge a re-stocking fee at our sole discretion.
We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods but we act only as an agent on your behalf for shipping via the courier companies and in the event of the loss or damage to goods in shipping this becomes a claim on the courier company. We will make every effort to obtain compensation on your behalf under such circumstances.
It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the product purchased for the purpose you intend. In any circumstances the limit of our responsibility is the replacement of any goods accepted for credit or the refund of the applicable purchase cost.
Products damaged in transit
Our courier company requires notification within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged in transit goods for insurance claim purposes. In this instance due to time restrictions please email or telephone and we will arrange a re-send.
You received an incorrect product

We will arrange courier collection of the incorrect product and send out the correct product. All returns must be in their original packaging and original condition.
Returns and Exchanges
True recommends that customers thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt, and before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
We aim to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Please note: we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are faulty.
There is no return or exchange for sale of promotional items.
We will not accept any goods that have been used, altered, damaged, or have their labels removed.
We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Receiving a Refund
Once your goods have been returned to us within the above stated time frame and passed quality checks, we will process your refund request. Your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the initial return request received via email. All returned products will be credited to the original purchasers including GST but excluding courier charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. True New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return for any item sent back in a used or damaged condition.
