(this is an outdoor event)
Take a breath and join me for a truly restorative experience with Nature.
-Friday 23 October
-10.30am–12pm
-Wānaka
-Free
-8 places only
Come and spend a gentle morning outdoors, slowing down and reconnecting with the natural world through your senses.
Together we’ll wander slowly, pause, notice, listen and experience some simple mindfulness and sensory practices along the way.
There is nowhere to get to and nothing you need to achieve. Simply an opportunity to step out of the busyness of everyday life and spend some time being present — with yourself, with others and with the living world around you.
Our theme for the morning is Belonging Matters — exploring how slowing down and paying attention can remind us that we are not separate from the places and communities we are part of.
We’ll finish our time together with herbal tea and an opportunity to sit and share.
This is an outdoor experience. Final meeting details will be emailed before the event, as the location may change depending on the weather.
Please register by Sunday 18 October to reserve your place.
I’d love to have you join me.
