True offers you a moment to pause in your day to relax, let go and be still.
I take a holistic approach, working on the body, mind, skin and soul, embodying the healing power of Mother Nature with pure plant botanicals and scents. All organic products used in my treatments are intentionally crafted by me, Nicki Hanning Creator and Plant Alchemist of True Mindful Beauty, in small seasonal batches, in Lake Hawea.
I’ve recently relocated to Raumati South, Kapiti Coast up North for 2021 to support one of my children chase their dreams. I’m very much looking forward to bestowing my plant magic on you all here in my new community. Please do connect or spread the word if you feel called.
Restorative Mindful Massage
With 16 years experience as a massage therapist I take a restorative and relaxation approach, using a firm but nurturing touch to release any tension held within the body. The focus is on creating space and stillness for the body, mind and emotions to surrender and let go in a safe environment.
Massage sessions begin with a 10 minute grounding meditation, followed by a 50 minute hands on plant botanical massage.

Nourishing Plant Botancial Facial Ritual & Massage Blend
A truly unique holistic facial and body experience.
Begins with a 5 minute grounding meditation, followed by a 20 minute massage, that flows into a nourishing plant botanical facial.
Be encapsulated in a nurturing cocoon of meditation, soothing massage, tranquil scents and waves of beautiful skin loving plant botanicals, using my intentionally crafted seasonal organic skincare.
You will depart feeling truly restored, your skin healthily rejuvenated and glowing with a sense of calm and tranquility to take into your everyday.

Cancellation policy: Please note that there is a strict cancellation policy for all treatments . A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if cancelling or rescheduling a treatment. The policy also applies for not turning up to your treatment. This allows us time to book another client in who is in need. The cancellation fee is $45 and must be paid before booking any further treatments.
